  • As well as to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us pursuant to Art. 17 of the DSGVO, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, in order to comply with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
  • To demand the limitation of the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 18 of the DSGVO insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you or that processing is unlawful; in cases which you refuse its deletion but we no longer need the data, however it may be required by you to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or a filed objection to the processing of same, all pursuant to Art. 21 of the DSGVO;
